At the centre of enabling energy transition, Jason delivered the commercial model to support OfGem’s market-wide half-hourly settlement (MHHS) Programme ensuring ScaledAgile (SAFe) enabled the performance measures and multi-party delivery environment.

Electrification of transport is extremely important. Jason led an initiative to expedite electric vehicle adoption in the UK by bringing together industry leaders across energy production, distribution, and retail to create a one-stop-shop knowledge base for the industry.

Information to power our highways in the UK is critical for reducing congestion and allowing road users to plan their journey. Jason served as senior programme manager to define and build the partnership to design and procure the next generation traffic management systems which power England’s motorway network.
Career Summary
Jason’s background is in innovation within the infrastructure, energy and digital sectors. He has over 20 years of programme leadership where his expertise is focused on commercial and digital transformation to support system transition.
His career began in technology having experienced the highs and lows of the DotCom bonanza where he developed large-scale digital systems in a variety of industries.
Moving abroad, Jason worked for four years in the Republic of Armenia helping found businesses in various sectors including micro-hydro generation and low-cost wide-area Wi-Fi networks.
Coming to the UK, Jason has led some of the largest infrastructure and technology change programmes in the country and worked with international partners to procure innovative technology and new services.
